Teresa’s childbirth class was phenomenal. Absolutely packed with valuable information, but not overwhelming in any sense. I left the class feeling more confident regarding the pains of labour, and I loved and appreciated every individualised birth story that she shared. Teresa has attended over 700 births, her demeanour is soothing and supportive. She has a great sense of humour and teaching style, presenting material in a very real way. After class she sent many handouts and resources via email, this was great too. I was grateful for all this additional information, knowing it was read by her. I trust her completely and would definitely recommend her class to anyone that is pregnant, no matter how far along! I took the class at 31 weeks and most enjoyed learning helpful movements, and how birth was presented as an empowering and transformative experience. Thank you Teresa ❤️
